Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in California in the top 10% of their class or with a GPA of 3.6 or higher.

Applicants must be the dependent child of an activeduty, retired, or deceased member of the Naval Service (U.S. Navy or U.S. Marine Corps).

They must be planning to enroll at an accredited 4year college or university in any state.

Financial need is considered in the selection process.
