The Andrew McBeath Region 9 Leadership Scholarship offers financial assistance to residents of Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, or Tennessee and American Quarter Horse Youth Association (AQHYA) or the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) members who have participated in a minimum of three years. Graduating high school seniors or undergraduate students demonstrating exceptional leadership abilities studying for a professional certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree full-time are welcome to apply.
