Requirements

This program is open to Arizona residents who are U.S. citizens or qualified non-citizens.

Applicants must have been in foster care on or after their 16th birthday or have been adopted from foster care with the adoption finalized after their 16th birthday.

They must have been accepted to or be enrolled in a degree, certificate, or other programs at a public college, university, technical school, or vocational school in the state and be able to show progress toward that degree or certificate.

Their personal assets must be worth less than $10,000.
