Resident of District of Columbia, Calvert, Charles, Frederick, Montgomery, or Prince George's counties, Maryland, or Arlington, Fauquier, Loudoun, Prince William, or Stafford counties, Alexandria, Manassas Park, Fairfax, Falls Church, or Manassas, Virginia

High school senior, undergraduate student, on academic break, or not currently enrolled

Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree
