The Billy G. Roughton Memorial Scholarship for Tourism and Hospitality program recognizes residents of Dare or Currituck counties in North Carolina. Students who are seeking a certificate or a degree in tourism and/or the hospitality field and demonstrate a strong academic record are welcome to apply. This scholarship is administered by College of The Albemarle Workforce Development and Career Readiness Department.
