The Board of Regents Student Excellence Scholarship is available to outstanding students currently attending one of the 12 institutions and 3 regional higher education centers within the University System of Maryland. Undergraduate and graduate students who exhibit achievements in the categories of leadership, community engagement, innovation and creativity, and academic strength are welcome to apply.
