Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors of any ethnicity who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

Applicants must be planning to enroll full time at an accredited postsecondary educational institution in the United States.

Selection is based on academic excellence (GPA of 3.3 or higher), leadership in extracurricular activities, community service involvement, and financial need.

Funding is not provided for correspondence courses, Internet courses, or study in a country other than the United States.
