Requirements

This program is open to graduating high school seniors who plan to enroll at a 2- or 4-year college, university, or technical trade school in any state.

Their parents must serve at 1 of the following military installations in upstate New York: Stratton Air National Guard Base (Schenectady), Navy Operational Support Center (Glenville), Naval Support Activity (Saratoga), Nuclear Power Training Unit (Ballston Spa), or Joint Force Headquarters (Latham).

Financial needs may be considered in the selection process.
