The Carrie Ann Nix Blakey Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from the approved high schools in the Tri-City area of Oklahoma. Students who are planning to attend an accredited, nonprofit college or university in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to applicants from Tuttle High School, and applicants who attend Steppin’ Out Dance Studio, participate in dance or cheerleading activities, and/or demonstrate a desire to study dance or participate in collegiate cheerleading.

Resident of the U.S.

Graduating senior from Tuttle, Chickasha, Ninnekah, Rush Springs, Blanchard, Dibble, Newcastle, Purcell, Washington, or Wayne high schools in Oklahoma

Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree Preference is given to applicants from Tuttle High School, and applicants who attend Steppin’ Out Dance Studio, participate in dance or cheerleading activities, and/or demonstrate a desire to study dance or participate in collegiate cheerleading.
