Requirements

This program is open to residents of Minnesota enrolled in construction programs at colleges and universities in the state.

Priority is given to students emphasizing civil engineering and/or road and bridge construction management.

Applicants must submit a personal statement that includes information on their workrelated experience, involvement in student or community organizations, honors or awards they have received, their financial situation, and their interest in construction as a career.

Selection is based on (with each criterion weighted equally) that statement, academic standing, career objectives, financial need, student leadership activities, and overall application clarity.
