Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Colorado who have lettered in at least 1 sport.

Students must be nominated by a membercoach of the Colorado High School Coaches Association (CHSCA).

Nominees must submit their high school transcript with ACT or SAT scores; a statement of their goals; lists of their athletic letters, school activities other than sports, and notable nonschool activities; a letter from their nominating coach; and information on their financial need.
