The Civic Local Foundation Scholarship is available to high school seniors who have been academically successful. Members of the Local Government Federal Credit Union (LGFCU) or Civic Federal Credit Union (Civic) in North Carolina either through an individual account or a joint account with a parent or guardian are eligible to apply.
