CSOC Scholarship provides financial assistance for college to residents of counties that participate in the County Sheriffs of Colorado (CSOC) Honorary Membership Program.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of Colorado counties participating in the Honorary Membership Program of CSOC who are enrolled in or applying to, a vocational training program or institution of higher learning in the state as a full- or part-time student.

Eligible counties alternate annually; for a list of participating counties each year, contact CSOC. Applicants need not be an Honorary Member of CSOC, but they must reside in a county that participates in the program.

They must submit their application to the local county sheriff's office; each county committee selects 1 scholarship recipient and 2 runnersup.

Financial need is considered in the selection process.
