The Davis-Kozoll Scholarship is open to residents of northwest New Mexico who are either pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a science or human service discipline and planning to work anywhere **or** pursuing a degree, technical, or vocational certificate or diploma for use in any planned trade or career in a northwest New Mexico community. Residents of 11 designated communities in northwest New Mexico receive special consideration.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2.0 GPA
  • Graduating high school senior in northwestern New Mexico
  • Seeking an associate, bachelor's, or master's degree in a science and/or human service discipline ( computer science, earth science, forestry, nursing, plumbing, public health, social work, therapy), **OR**
  • Pursuing a degree, technical or vocational certificate, or diploma for use in a planned trade or career in a northwest New Mexico community
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree Preference is given to residents of the northwestern New Mexican communities of Counselor, Cuba, Gallina, La Jara, Lindrith, Lybrook, Nageezi, Ojo Encino, Regina, San Juis, or Torreon.
