The Dr. Gerald O'Connor Michigan Quarter Horse Youth Scholarship provides financial assistance to students who have been members of the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) or the American Quarter Horse Youth Association (AQHYA) from Michigan demonstrating financial need. Graduating seniors and undergraduate students seeking a bachelor's degree as a full-time student are welcome to apply.
