The Dr. Richard A. Grossman College Scholarship is awarded to children of current full-time employees at the Ventura County Sheriff's Office. Graduating high school seniors or GED recipients enrolled or enrolling at a college or university seeking a professional certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to applicants who are prior recipients of the scholarship.
