Requirements

This program is open to graduating high school seniors and college freshmen, sophomores, and juniors who are of Vietnamese descent or have strong personal connections with Vietnamese culture.

High school applicants may be planning to enroll at a college or university in any state, but college students must be active members of the New England Intercollegiate Vietnamese Student Association (NEIVSA) Intercollegiate Council.

Selection is based on those essays, transcripts, a list of extracurricular activities, and a letter of recommendation.

Finalists are contacted for interviews.
