The Empire State District 6 Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of New York who have a connection to the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA) and are attending or planning to attend college in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of AHEPA Empire State District 6 (New York) who are enrolled or planning to enroll full time at an accredited college, university, or vocational school in any state.

Applicants must be 1) the child or grandchild of a Chapter member of AHEPA who have been members for at least 2 years; or 2) a member (for at least 2 years) of a Chapter of Sons of Pericles.

Selection is based on academic achievement (including GPA and SAT or ACT scores); academic honors; athletic honors; extracurricular, personal, and volunteer activities; and work experience.
