About the Scholarship

The Florence L. Smith Medical Scholarship is available to students attending Eastern Virginia Medical School, the University of Virginia School of Medicine, or Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. Students who are long-term residents of Virginia and have demonstrated academic ability, volunteer service, voluntary or paid work experience, and extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply.
