Requirements

This program is open to members of minority groups enrolled full-time as sophomores, juniors, seniors, or graduate students at colleges or universities in Michigan.

Applicants must be working on a degree in engineering, planning, or other transportationrelated disciplines.

Graduate students must be members of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO); if undergraduates are not already members, they must become a member within 30 days of the scholarship award.

U.S. citizenship or legal resident status is required.
