Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools holding current membership in NRCSA. Each school may submit the application of only 1 student.

Applicants must be planning to attend a college or university in Nebraska to major in fine arts.

Selection is based on that statement, achievement in the fine arts, leadership, character, initiative, and involvement in school and community activities.
