Requirements
  • This program is open to members of the bleeding disorder community in Wisconsin.
  • Applicants must be attending or planning to attend college, vocational school, technical school, or a certification program in any state.
  • First priority is given to people affected by bleeding disorders, then to parents of young children with bleeding disorders, and then to spouses of individuals with bleeding disorders.
  • If sufficient funds are available, consideration may be given to siblings and other family members of individuals with a bleeding disorder.
  • Financial need is considered in the selection process.
