The Harry Porter Memorial Scholarship is available to residents of the Coastal Bend Community Foundation (CBCF) area of Texas. Recipients must currently attend or plan to attend Del Mar College, in Texas and take courses in baking/pastry specialization, culinary arts, or hospitality management. Graduating high school seniors or current college students are welcome to apply.
