Requirements

This program is open to students entering or enrolled at an accredited college or university with a GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Applicants must submit transcripts and an essay of 500 to 1,000 words on 1 of the following topics: 1) the ways in which they have adapted to their permanent disability or injuries after their wreck; 2) how they have brought awareness of the devastating effects of preventable car accidents (e.g., distracted driving, drunk driving); or 3) the actions the government and/or private citizens should take to prevent others from being injured in the way they have.
