Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in northeastern Colorado and southwestern Nebraska whose parents or guardians are members of Highline Electric Association.

Applicants must be planning to enroll at a 2 or 4-year college, university, or vocational/technical school in any state.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
