The Hops in Humboldt Scholarship program is available to students who have attended Fortuna High School or East High School in California as well as Academy of the Redwoods students who reside in the Fortuna Union High School District. Applicants should participate in community service and extracurricular activities. Graduating high school seniors and current college students are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to the children and grandchildren of Hops committee members. Financial needs may be considered in the event of a tie.

Attended Fortuna or East high schools, California, **or**

Attending the Academy of the Redwoods and residing in the Fortuna Union High School District

Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree as a fulltime student

Participate in community service and extracurricular activities Preference may be given to children and grandchildren of Hops committee members. Financial needs may be considered in the event of a tie.
