Requirements

This program is open to New Mexico residents who are enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a 2- or 4-year college, university, or culinary school in the U.S.

Minimum 2.5 GPA.

Applicants must be planning to major in culinary, restaurant management, or other food servicerelated field.

Selection is based on that essay, GPA, industryrelated work experience, letters of recommendation, and presentation of the application.

U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
