The James D. and LaVerna L. Cobb Scholarship for the OSU School of Civil and Environmental Engineering are available to students currently enrolled in the Oklahoma State University School of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Freshmen, sophomores, and juniors are encouraged to apply. Recipients are chosen for their academic standing and students may apply for renewal for up to three consecutive years.
