About the Scholarship

The JBL Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors and undergraduate students who are Delaware residents, live in the neighboring states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey, or attend a college/high school in Delaware. Students planning to pursue postsecondary education are welcome to apply.
