The Jean C. Graham Women's Scholarship program is available to females graduating from a high school in Hancock County, Ohio. Well-rounded students who are planning to attend a school outside of Hancock County, Ohio, are encouraged to apply. Preference is given to an applicant who demonstrates a strong desire to change her life’s circumstances, set goals for herself, and take risks to attain those goals. Students who receive a full-ride from other organizations are not eligible to apply.
