The Jeff Berberich Family Endowed Scholarship is open to students at the Panama City campus of Florida State University. Students enrolled at least part time are encouraged to apply. Students who have come through the Guardian ad Litem program, have been placed in foster care or adoption services, or who have served or are serving as volunteers of Guardian ad Litem receive special consideration.
