Requirements

This program is open to students who have chosen to major in fields related to forestry, natural resources, or forest product manufacturing.

Students majoring in broad fields such as environmental science may be considered if they provide a list of relevant courses.

Applicants must submit essays on topics about themselves, such as 1) the events, activities, or achievements that have contributed most to their selfdevelopment; 2) a situation in which they had significant responsibility and what they learned from it; 3) what they consider to be the timber/forest industry's biggest challenge, and 4) how they perceive that their career aspiration might benefit the forest products industry in the future.
