Requirements

This program is open to juniors, seniors, and graduate students working full time on a degree at a Kentucky public university considered to be of critical need to EEC. Applicants must be willing to work for that Cabinet following graduation.

They must submit a 500word essay that describes their career goals, understanding of the environment, and motivation to pursue the scholarship.

Selection is based on GPA, the essay, letters of recommendation, and evidence of leadership; financial need is not considered.
