The Lilian Grace Edna Duncan Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from West Holmes High School in Millersburg city in Ohio. Applicants who have attended Killbuck Elementary or who reside in Killbuck city in Ohio are given preference. Students who are planning to pursue a postsecondary education in the field of English, family consumer science, or education are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need.
