Linda and Wayne Zaunbrecher Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors in Louisiana who are members of the Farm Bureau planning to study agriculture-related fields at a college in the state.

Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Louisiana who are nominated by the parish Farm Bureau in which they and/or their parents maintain membership.

Applicants must be planning to attend an accredited college or university in Louisiana and major in agriculture, vocational agriculture, agribusiness, agriscience, or other program directly benefiting the agricultural sector of Louisiana's economy.

They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Selection is based on GPA, ACT scores, individual achievement in high school, participation in parish and state Farm Bureau activities, and financial need.
