The LinkScholars Program is offered to graduating seniors from Fairfield, Kershaw, Lexington, Richland, or Sumter counties in South Carolina. Students must be entering their freshman year at an institution of higher learning in South Carolina, or at a Historically Black College or University in any state. Special consideration is given to African-American students.
