The Malzahn Family Fund - Noble County Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from Perry, Morrison, Frontier, or Billings high schools in Noble County, Oklahoma. Students who have attended their high school for at least two years are eligible to apply. Consideration will be given to students who participate in school and community activities, demonstrate financial need, and excel academically.
