Requirements

This program is open to Michigan residents who have been in foster care due to abuse or neglect on or after their 13th birthday.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at least half time at a public or private 2 or 4-year college or university in the state.

They must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or approved refugees and able to demonstrate financial need.
