The Near Completer Grant is available to Maryland residents who were previously enrolled in a degree program that they did not complete and now plan to re-enroll to earn their associate or bachelor's degree. Adults who previously attended a community college and earned at least 45 credits, or previously attended a 4-year college and earned at least 90 credits are eligible to apply.
