Requirements

This program is open to residents of New Mexico who are of Hispanic heritage and interested in transferring from a community college to an accredited 4-year college or university in the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Guam.

They must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or visitors with a passport stamped I551.

In addition to submitting the application, they must apply for federal financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
