NJSCA High School Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors in New Jersey who submit outstanding essays on their school counselor and plan to attend college in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in New Jersey who plan to attend college in any state.

Applicants must submit an essay of 300 to 500 words on how a school counselor has influenced their life in a positive way.

The counselor must be a member of the New Jersey School Counselor Association (NJSCA).

Along with the essay and the application, students must submit, through their counselor, copies of their high school transcript, high school profile, and letter of acceptance to a postsecondary institution.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
