Requirements

This program is open to residents of the Norton Sound region who are enrolled or planning to enroll as full-time students in an accredited 2-year associate program, 4-year university, master's program, Ph.D. program, or vocational institution in any state.

For academic students, the selection is based on financial need, grades, and commitment to education.

For vocational students, the selection is based on financial need, availability of employment opportunities, availability of training in Alaska, and commitment to completion of training.
