The O'Neill Family OSU Army ROTC Scholarship is awarded to students at The Ohio State University who are enrolled in the ROTC program. Students who are in at least sophomore standing are welcome to apply, with special consideration given to residents of Ohio. Students who otherwise would not be able to continue the program also receive special consideration.
