Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Wisconsin who are the children, grandchildren, or spouses of Local 139 members.

Applicants must be planning to attend an accredited college, university, community college, or trade school in any state.

Selection is based on leadership as demonstrated in school and civic activities, extracurricular participation, academic achievement, motivation to serve others, and success in setting goals and striving to achieve them.
