The Oscar & Rosetta Fish Scholarship is for students studying for a degree in business at any University of Hawaii campus, excluding its Manoa campus. This scholarship was established by Oscar and Rosetta Fish who were committed to helping young people pursue higher education. Oscar was a member of the University of Hawaii College of Business Administration's first MBA graduating class in 1959. Rosetta was a speech teacher at UH Manoa.
