Requirements

This program is open to Wisconsin 4-H members who are enrolled or planning to enroll in the college of agricultural and life sciences at any campus of the University of Wisconsin.

Applicants must have been 4H members for at least 3 years and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

They must be from a rural community outside of Dane, Kenosha, Milwaukee, or Racine counties.

Selection is based on demonstrated personal growth through 4H, development and leadership in 4-H, academic performance, and future educational goals.
