Requirements

This program is open to women who are at least 17 years of age and are from a low-income family (less than $20,000 annually for a family of 2, $24,000 for a family of 3, or $28,000 for a family of 4).

Applicants must be mothers with minor children.

They must be working on a vocational degree or certificate or an associate, bachelor's, master's, professional, or doctoral degree.

Selection is based on personal circumstances, educational path, vocational or occupational goals, service or activist or civic goals, and financial need.
