Pennsylvania Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation Diversity Scholarship provides financial assistance to members of the Pennsylvania Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics who are members of minority groups and working on an associate's or bachelor's degree in dietetics.

Requirements

This program is open to academy members who are Black, Hispanic, Asian or Pacific Islander, or Native American (Alaskan Native, American Indian, or Hawaiian Native).

Applicants must be 1) enrolled in the first year of study in an accredited dietetic technology program, or 2) enrolled in the third year of study in an accredited undergraduate or coordinated program in dietetics.

They must have a GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Selection is based on academic achievement (30%), commitment to the nutrition and dietetic profession (20%), leadership ability (30%), and financial need (20%).
