Requirements

This program is open to students who are members of the Penobscot Nation and are enrolled or planning to enroll full or part-time in a 4-year degree program in any state.

Awards are granted on the basis of financial need as determined by the institution the student is attending.

In the selection process, first priority is given to students residing on the Penobscot reservation, second to students residing in Maine, and third to students residing in other states.
