The Racine Women in STEM Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship that supports female graduates or graduating seniors of Southern Junior/Senior High School in Meigs County, Ohio pursuing a degree in a STEM field of study. Students who are enrolled or plan to enroll in a public college or university in Ohio full-time are encouraged to apply. This scholarship was established to honor Shirley Miller Carpenter and her passion for STEM fields.
